FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS ABOUT THE ONGOING PHYSICAL REGISTRATION
The physical registration is all about using your device (either phone or laptop) to create your profile and register you on the scholarship screening portals. The term “physical” simplify implies that the registration will need your physical presence or your device’s presence in our office; but the registration itself will be done online, normally. What we actually need to use is the device, not necessarily the candidate’s physical presence.
Why does it need your device?
On the screening portal, one device can be used to register only one candidate. Multiple registrations from one device is usually categorized as automated robot/AI generated registrations, leading to the disqualification of the affected candidates.
To avoid this, each candidate’s device (phone or laptop) will be used to register him/her only. This will ensure a unique and authentic registration for each candidate.
You will simply come with your device (phone or laptop). You don’t need to bring any other thing, unless there is a particular document you have not submitted then you can bring it while coming.
You will open your device browser (chrome or Firefox) on the device and give it to us to register you on the portal. We do it by ourselves to meet certain specifications required by the scholarships. Once we use your phone or laptop to create your own profile on the scholarship screening portal, you collect your BONUS (N2,000 CASH) and go.
Does it take much time?
No! The process will take about 3-5 minutes from your arrival time. No queues, no waiting!
We’ll finish up other aspect of the process on your behalf later.
Can someone represent you?
Yes! If you want your friend or roommate to represent you in the physical registration, the person needs to come with your phone or laptop, unless the person has two phones.
One device, one person!
We understand that school exam is ongoing and so we’ve made all arrangements to ensure fast operations.
The physical registration is for everyone who filled the Scholarship Form. The physical registration has nothing to do with the community identification. So, whether you have submitted the community identification or not, you are strongly encouraged to come for the physical registration.
